We aren't a bunch of lawyers (not that there's anything wrong with lawyers),
but nowadays everyone's got to cover their legal bases, so here we go...
By submitting a story (or stories), you can reasonably expect us to post your
submission(s). We must review each submission before posting, to determine what sort of
MicroStory it is. We do not judge authors based on their beliefs or content. We will
normally post articles in a 'general' area for public view. If we believe the story in
question to be 'adult' or 'graphic' in nature, we will put it into a special area where
viewers must affirm that they are of legal age to enter. We are not grammarians and will
not spellcheck your work, nor do we have time to edit your work(s) if you want to revise
them after posting. If you demonstrate an exceptionally poor grasp of grammar (or if we're
busy or even perhaps if we're feeling a bit capricious), we may choose not to post your
submission(s) at all. The final decision rests with the approving board of site contributors.
If you don't like where we've classified your story, you have the right to stop posting.
If the site takes off, we may publish a collection (or collections) of MicroStories in ebook
(or maybe even in print) form. If you publish a story or stories in other places aside from
MicroStory, we reserve the right to publish them as well (perhaps as 'featured MicroStories'
or 'MicroStories by featured authors' or in any way we see fit.
